Empty shell: computer room ready to use
Providing secure, efficient remote monitoring of alarms and technical installations.
Guaranteed response to emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Call Center Services (Inbound / Outbound with automatic call distribution)
Shared back-up: stand-by computer configuration, ready within 24 hours
Hot back-up: permanent computer configuration with updated data
In the event of a disaster, you would call forward your telephone line(s) to Canpage's Voice Mail system for a one-hour period, after which you then man your own phone(s) established in our Call Center.
Canpage Call Center agents are also available to act as the first and most important point of contact with your organization's staff, initiating an outbound calling campaign to reach your key personnel. This service instantly and immediately provides your staff with a comprehensive understanding of the emergency events unfolding and their part in the Disaster Recovery Plan.
Canpage provides an efficient and cost effective method of ensuring your organization is better prepared to manage emergencies, as part of your overall Disaster Recovery Plan.
With your subscription, a nominal monthly base rate for stand-by service(s) will apply, as well as applicable usage charges when our facilities, systems and staff are actually required.
