Thank you for considering a position with Canpage Communications Ltd. We specialize in blended call center services, off-premises reception as well as traditional telephone answering services.

If you are looking for a challenging position as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), we would be very interested in hearing from you.

We are seeking individuals who enjoy working in a customer service environment, communicating with the public in an effective and positive manner. You will be working with automated systems and software applications.

Your primary job tasks involves answering questions over the telephone and on the internet, solving problems, processing telephone orders and taking detailed messages.

The skills, abilities and personal characteristics necessary include the following:
Bilingual (English / French)
Work quickly and efficiently
Follow detailed verbal instructions
Read and understand reference materials written
Learn and remember how to properly use a company's automated system and/or website to process customer orders
Demonstrate good listening skills
Work independently
Use a variety of resources
Be attentive to work-related details
Demonstrate a desire to do quality work
